I got my Versa 2 last week. Over the first few days I couldn’t get calendar, texts or calls to sync or work. It was recording steps, stairs and sleep perfectly. After about 2 days steps and stairs became erratic... sitting on the couch and suddenly my steps went up by 1,000.. extra flights of stairs added. I followed various tips here, restarting, full charge etc. Now my steps, stairs appear to be accurate. Text, call and calendar are working but I have lost the sleep tracking function..it tracks basic sleep but not the stages. I’d expect on a brand new devise that all functions would work. I bought this for all of the above not just to have 75% working at any given time.... and it’s a pain to have to keep trouble shooting.. fixing you problem for another one to start...
