I have been having issues with my Versa 2 for the passed six months. . At first the screen went fuzzy and I read a forum suggesting to change the clock face, hence sometimes developers of the clock face won’t update the programming. At that time I had to let my battery die and recharge it in order to change the watch on my Versa. A few weeks later the fuzzy screen returns, this time I had to let the battery die completely and recharge it in order to try a factory reset. Versa 2 was working great then the fuzzy screen returns and has remained fuzzy for the past few weeks. What are my options to get this fixed? I purchased this two years ago and I should not be having this type of issue with this Fitbit that I purchased two years ago.
