Versa 2 screen has crashed

The screen aint working and if the screen stsrts working the touch doesnt work. It doesnt connect or sync with my phone at all

Hi @Sush012  Try restarting your Versa 2 several times. Also try a Factory Reset. If they dont help you then contact Support.

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Where is the button on the back?

There isnt a button on the back. They mean the button on the left side which takes you back to the home screen (the clock) so is called the 'back' button.
