Versa 2 was purchased 2 years back. it was working fine untill last month when it showed white horizontal lines. I did all the initial troubleshooting steps mentioned in the forum. Also, did a factory reset. But no luck, the lines are still showing up on display. I can see the data behind but lines are significant to cover center of the display. Help Needed.
