Versa 2 screen has developed horizontal lines

Hi my screen has just went funny on my versa 2 there is lines on the screen can this be fixed or do I need a new one

Hi there, @LeeanneW. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks for the quick response I have tried to turn it off but it still not working and the screen is unable to been seen so I have not been able to see if the clock has changed

I'm wondering if you can help me I am waiting on a replacement versa to be delivered and I still have not received any confirmation of the order being sent
