Versa 2 screen irresponsive to swiping..

even after a soft reset not working.

can’t go to factory settings as settings is not accessible on the watch.

Hello, thank you for your answer, I managed to do all of the required steps including the charging, manual sync, changing clock face, , reset, … but still no swiping possible. When I hold the button shortly the quick settings screen appears and then holding on to it, the watch restarts with the logo but still no swiping afterwards. No visible damage to screen or sensors.
Any other ideas?

Since you performed all the recommended steps, please let me suggest you to contact support, since they have more tools in order to find your options. 

Support (<-- click here). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore resources) to get to Step 3, which has the contact options.
