Versa 2 screen is flickering

Good evening, 

I haven’t had any previous problems with my Versa 2 Fitbit until this morning when I woke up to find the screen on my device was constantly flickering. 
I have checked my device for updates (I’m up to date) I’ve restarted my Fitbit and changed the clock faces and nothing has helped. 

Also, I’m out of the 2 year guarantee by 2 months which is annoying. 

I just wondered if anyone had a solution to my problem.

Hi @Kazza24 - it could be a sign of a fault or a bad connection. If it gets unusable you can try tapping it on each corner in turn in case it is a  bad connection.

Or as a last option, a factory reset which isn't without risk.

Please note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's no so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our Support Team handles based on our policies. 

Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. They will tell you what's next!
