Versa 2 screen is green

I've restated  it, worked for awhile but main screen keeps going back to green. Sometimes when I tap the screen it returns to normal. Also tried reset to factory settings.

Hello there @Jodie28, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for already troubleshooting your Versa 2 prior to posting here. 

 

Besides of what you've done, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

 

If the issue persists, please attach me a photo showing how your watch's screen looks like. In order to add a photo to your reply please: 

 

  • When you're in the reply page, click on the Insert Photos icon (the little camera). 
  • Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up. 
  • Search for the photo on your computer or phone and click on Open.
  • Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position and click on Done.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
