Hello there @GrammaJanet56, welcome to the Community Forums.

Keep in mind that your Versa may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. This would also explained why your data didn't sync to your Fitbit account.

To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If your Versa was mistakenly unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

As for your data that was lost, if you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
