Since last night, my fitbit Versa 2 went green screen and not synchronising to the mobile application aswell.
I have tried to restart(10 sec long press) and no difference.
Also couldnt go to the settings in my watch.
The firmware is: 35.72.1.23
Please let me know how I coudl fix this issue.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
