Since I traveled to Aruba, my versa is not registering any steps. I have restarted X3 and have synced. Date and time are correct. Please help

Hi @Melij23 - did you change watch face? It is possible to not have it's permissions set correctly.

To check either swipe the face to the left to see steps on the watch (not in the clock face) or sync with the Fitbit App.

To fix clock face permissions go to the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App, click the clock face and check permissions.

If neither show steps there is a fault. You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
