My Versa 2 screen is very faded. I have tried resetting, changing the brightness level and it is still dark. I cannot read it when outside. The watch is approximately 1.5 years old.
Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue, the tracker part is working because I can see all the data on the app... but the watch face is basically unreadable.
My versa2 is just over 2 years old, and if 2 years is all I get, I won't replace... it's not worth the money.

Hi there, @DanBur @Marniski. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concerns are coming from and how you must be feeling.
It seems that you've set your Versa 2 devices into Sleep Mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:
To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

I am having the same problem. Watch face is dim.
It is not in sleep mode and I can change the settings to normal and max but it doesn’t make any difference to the dim screen. Only had watch for about a year
