My screen is non responsive to touch. the side button still works and i can select an exercise but can't finish it or anything. Have pressed the side button about a hundred times and rebooted it with no joy... Uninstalled it from the app twice and re paired it.. still the same. Changed a clock face... still the same.
is there any other way to do a factory reset other than on the watch face which I can't access?

Hi @LisabDotie - unfortunately symptoms such as touch/swipe failure usually indicate watch damage, possibly from water or excessive sweat, but if the watch is charging and working normally otherwise it could possibly be a software fault.
Support can help you with a factory reset using the button. It can be tricky and if it fails the watch can no longer be used. Also if you live in the EEA you will only be able to reinstall Fitbit stuff.
It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the factory reset or replacement if necessary, to help with reinstalling.
