Versa 2 screen isn’t working

My versa 2 is charged and will show the hourly step reminders but I can’t get my screen to work for anything else. When I try to restart by holding down the button for 10 seconds the battery with exclamation point shows on the screen. Also, there is no update available and the versa isn’t syncing steps or other information to my app. 

Anyone have tips for me?!
