Versa 2 screen issues

Today my versa 2 all of a sudden had a vertical line of green light on the top of the screen reaching halfway across the screen.  I tried restarting my watch, changing the watch face, but nothing is working.  It didn't get hit on anything or wet so I don't understand why it suddenly got the stripe.  Now this evening the screen is also super faded to the point I can't really read anything on the screen.  It seems like the screen is just dying.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Also the watch is currently charged so that is not the issue.
