Versa 2 screen issues

I switched to a versa 2 last year after my inspire HR started being odd after only a year and now this has done the same. Started this morning with the Fitbit randomly keep going through the apps and I then promptly lost used of the top half of the touchscreen. Carried on using throughout the day and the screen has now gone completely blank, what on Earth has happened? Tried to restart with no luck also

I'm sorry to know the difficulty that you are experiencing with your smartwatch. Thanks for attempting to fix it through the restart.

Please, try to change the clock face in the Fitbit app.

I tried to get service as well and they said out of warranty.  Not really happy with the quality of this and lots of devises these days.

That would be great… if my app could sync to my watch where it’s gone blank it also doesn’t want to turn back on now🤦🏻‍:female_sign:

For the past couple of days my Versa 2 is acting weird. The timer wouldn’t work; the screen froze. I reset it but when it came back on the screen was very dim, I went to settings and it said normal was selected, but I tried every setting and it didn’t change. I did another reset and still dim. Today, the screen doesn’t want to respond to left swipes; instead it selects an app. So FRUSTRATING!! I did notice at some point the brightness changed to Max, still said it was set to normal. I did a rest once again and the brightness is back to very dim and swiping is still not working correctly.

And Fitbit really does nothing to help.  I wish the quality was better.

My battery :battery: dies so quickly as well.
