My screen comes up then starts flashing a screen of static.  I have reset, I have changed clock face, it keeps doing it even when screen is black till battery is dead. Any suggestions on next steps?

Probably best to get it replaced or contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

This appears to be a problem with more than a few watches.  Mine is doing the same thing and working with fitbit support did not provide any solution.  I'm feeling really frustrated with this as this is the second Versa 2 that has let me down.  It's really annoying that I can't rely on a rather costly item.

I also have the same issue. My versa 2 is only one year old and am very disappointed that is doing this so soon for a costly device. Please may someone help? Have tried switching on and off, replacing clock face, making sure all updates are installed,... no luck. Very unhappy customer:-(

I can tell you the Fitbit support is of absolutely no help.  There was no solution except to purchase a new Fitbit.  I was not giving them any more of my money-so I had to buy a new watch so I just spent the money on a Samsung watch instead.  I will not buy another Fitbit product and I am telling my friends not to waste their money on a poor product that is not supported by the company that makes them.  Good Luck.
