My Versa 2 suddenly has bright white lines from top to bottom over the left half of the screen. Kind of looks like a bar code. I’ve tried a restart but no change - lines remained throughout the process. Is this terminal? Only 15 months old...
Might be time to switch... I’ve been using Fitbit for years but tech issues around one year has been a common experience. For the price, it’s just not worth it. I’ve DM’d on Twitter too (they’ve responded on other issues previously). I’ll update if I hear back.
Best AnswerUpdate- I got ahold of them and they are replacing my Fitbit- they gave the option of replacing for the same model for free or giving 50% off of a new model. I optioned for a new model because I don’t want to have this issue again.
After a bit of a wait, I got a response to my DM and got the same options. I'm going for the discounted new model too - fingers crossed for no issues with that one!
