Versa 2 screen not respondin

Hello,i have problem  with  my versa 2, touch  screen is not responding  to touch . I have reset the watch,updated  what had to be etc  and still  nothing. What else can I do  ?

Mine did the same yesterday. Now the screen is totally blacked out.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

I can’t swipe as screen not responding. Any other ideas ?

I've  emailed  support  team with all bits and because  my is still on warranty  they have replaced my versa. They were  very helpful with all suggestions
