Hi I was hoping someone here could help me. I have my Versa 2 since January and have been loving it so far.
However, the touch screen has stopped responding for the past 2 weeks. The screen lights up when I turn my wrist (most of the time) but will not respond to any swipes. The button on the side only works half the time.
So far I have had to restart the watch multiple times a day and have completed 3 factory resets to try sort out the problem. The touch screen sporadically returns to normal, but after a few hours it stops responding again.
The time is changing on the clock face so it is not frozen. It has never been in contact with water and has not had any falls that could have damaged it.
I'm not really sure where to go from here as I have turned it on and off, and completed factory resets as I have seen this advised in other posts.
I'd really appreciate any further advice you could give.

Yes there is a spot for updates but till just tell you if it’s been done. I called mines out of warranty so **ahem** out of luck. I had no issues whatsoever until I did that update. Maybe their way of getting people to buy a new one ugh
