For a couple of days my fitbit will not let me swipe. I've restarted it several times.

Hi @_kenzieJustine Try a factory reset as below. If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

@_kenzieJustine, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the screen won't swipe. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In addition to the information that @NellyG shared, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

After following this advice and trying again to factory reset my versa...it is stuck on an error message that says data not cleared. Sync and try again. But, I cant get it to factory reset or restart or anything now

It originally was a FitBit background where you choose the picture. Just changed it and it's taking like 20 minutes for it to change. I contacted customer service and emailed them a video of me trying to swipe.

We have the same problem - we are using a Fitbit watch face and have done factory reset. Seems like an ongoing issue.
