My Fitbit versa 2 suddenly stopped working. I thought the battery was dead but unfortunately not. It just stopped working. Like totally. What do I do now ? I purchased it in November 2019.

Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. After the update 2 days ago my versa 2 tried to work for about a day then the screen went black and would only show the fitbit logo. I did the reset, got the vibration but still black screen and logo. It will not charge. Need help fixing this - i have only been using this since March 10th of this year.
