My versa 2 was fine till 2 days ago, now the touch screen doesnt work.
I've tried the hold the button down and reset and change the clock and it's made no difference whatsoever.
Cant set the alarm or turn them off or use the screen at all cause it does t respond, it just shows the time.
Ive only had this watch several months.
I'm not due an update either.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
