Versa 2 screen not working

Black screen - reset didn’t work. Heart monitor working and buzzing with notifications but nothing showing on screen

Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to a recent update, if it was working before.

In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

@Ahanning Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Since you've tried to restart your watch already, I recommend trying to change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
