I am able to use half of my screen, for example I can go in to the timer and switch between timer and stop watch and select the amount of time but unable to use the bottom of my screen to set it. It’s also hard to move through my alarms to delete or turn on and off at the bottom of the list. I’ve tried restarting and changing my clock.

Hi @tbryan18 - if you can see everything on clock faces normally and everything else is working correctly the watch is probably fine but the OS may be corrupted.
To check it would be necessary to do a factory reset which isn't without risk.
If you start a factory reset from settings About Versa 2, wait 5 minutes for it to complete.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with a button factory reset
