Hi @SunsetRunner - if the watch is not faulty, try placing on charge which if that is working should start it. A long button press, if that is working, should too.
If the battery is actually just flat and it's not charging, it won't start. See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen which explains things to do.
