  • My clock shows 7:21 and the correct time is 7:44. This changed with the last charge overnight. How do I correct it?

Hi there, @Teepee5. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. We're here to help you to correct the wrong time on your Fitbit devices.

Did you already sync your Fitbit device? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Since you've recently recharge it, maybe your Versa 2 just needs to sync to update the time.

If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

@Guy_ Thank you so much for your help!
