My Versa 2 is only showing the logo, and won't reset or restart

Mine has done this too. I recharged it and it went back to normal. I have found that mine is rapidly loosing its charge for some reason!

I’m having the same issue. My Versa 2 is charged & was working perfectly 2 days ago. Mostly just showing the FitBit logo, but sometimes the clock face comes back. Can’t swipe to other screens either. I suspect it could be a software update. Waiting to hear from FitBit.
