Versa 2 screen pixilated

My versa 2 is charged, screen is blank, tried holding the button for 20 seconds, came on after re connecting to Bluetooth, but now it's all pixled and gone blank again.????

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Kimmy74 Oh dear! It sounds like the screen is dying. Contact Fitbit Support  . I hope they can help you.
