I'm playing cards, I look over and the glass on my 2 week old versa 2 is flipped up😩

Try a restart .
Added: Sorry, I think I misunderstood. I thought you meant the display was upside down. If the glass has come loose, disregard my suggestion.

Just after 12 months, Versa 2 Screen popped out for me as well. It's barely hanging to the base and nothing shows on display. Called Support and answer was that it's out of warranty and here is some discount for next purchase. This is 2nd fitbit down for me due to Hardware issues after warranty. No more fitbits for me or my family anymore !

Looks like Fitbit heard my concerns. They have agreed to send in the replacement unit ! Happy with timely response from the company and doing the right thing.
