For the past 4 days, the full screen is displaying a green light or a grey light. I used the process to switch it off and on, but the light is still there. I can't do anything, as it's not working anymore.

Hi @Tif812, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Versa 2 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions for you to follow. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
