Has anyone else had the face on their Versa 2 start lifting for no reason? After only one year? For the cost of these devices I don’t think they should start falling apart after only one year. Of course right after the one year warranty expires. I am very careful with my watch, it doesn’t have any scratches or anything, so there is no reason the face should be lifting.

Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option.
Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.

Thank you for reaching out. I just wish there was a two year warranty in the US as it is other places. I purchased in January 2020, so it’s upsetting this would occur right after the year is up. My watch still looks brand new and still works. I have it taped and it’s sad that my only alternative is to spend money on a new one.
Anyway, thanks again for reaching out.

Yes the same thing happened to me. I was right on the cusp of my warranty. They gave me an option 50% off a new one or a replacement of the exact one I purchased. I selected the replacement option.
