My Fitbit screen has stopped working and won't let me swipe anywhere. It also sucks at syncing and doesn't consistently send me notifications. I can't even turn it off to restart it because the screen isn't working. The back light also turns green/red and I feel it doesn't accurately read my heart rate. I'm very disappointed. I've had two and after like a year they just stop working. I was considering buying the new one thats like $300+, but now I may go to an Apple Watch.

Same thing happened with my versa 2. 250$ device lasted 18 months (and the warranty of course is only 1 year) my screen grayed out and Fitbit was no help. Offered me 35% discount on new device. Great medium article be Andy Yeh about his Fitbit Alta doing same thing. Apple Watch for me next

Thank you. Left my versa 2 overnight and the screen worked long enough for me to go to settings and shut off. Has been working ever since
