Versa 2 screen stopped working

My versa 2 started showing green light on the screen and i Got notification ‘unlock through your phone’ several times, I changed my screen passcode and unlocked, the message went away but now my touch screen has completely stopped working. I was following the steps mentioned in other posts, unpaired the device from phone, set bluetooth off on phone, restarted the phone, and now when I am trying to connect bluetooth again, I cannot set the Watch, since the 4 digit passcode comes on Watch screen and I cannot enter screen passcode to see the 4 digits. 
 Could someone help me resolve this issue?
