Versa 2 screen turned brown

Screen of Versa 2 totally tuned brown suddenly. 

Despite pressing on the button for 1 min. The fitbit logo unable to appear and I tried charging the versa 2 and delete the versa 2 from my fitbit app in attempt to reload it into my profile but nothing works.

@Shannie33 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

To clarify, I didnt get to see the Fitbit logo at all. Only black screen when I tried to hold the back button for about 8 seconds and the brownish screen.

I tried charging it for 2-3 hours but the issue still didnt get fixed.
