Versa Lite and Sleep Function

I'm so frustrated with my Versa Lite --- first I keep on losing Bluetooth connection and have to uninstall and reinstall it to have it work for a few hours and now the sleep function isn't working properly. It says I'm sleeping when I'm sitting and watching tv or reading or even out walking!
