Hi,
I have a Versa 2 for the last year and suddenly my screen crashed.
I still can use the touch but the screen itself is unreadable.
I was able to bring it back to the factory configuration and removed it from my fitbit app phone, but nothing happened.
Is there a way to get it fixed?
