Hello,

My Versa 2 screen went suddenly very dim. I rebooted it (to no avail), checked the level of brightness (it was normal) and if it was on sleep mode (it wasn’t). I tried the higher setting of brightness but it will barely be back to normal, plus it uses too much battery. Once it failed to ring an alarm. I’m wondering if this is a software problem or if my Fitbit is good to chuck in the bin soon…
