Starting last week, my Fitbit Versa 2 stopped syncing my sleep and heart rate. It hasn't measured it at all since the 14th, but my versa is powered on and works when I click on the different options. I'm unsure what to do. All that I can think of is that I reset it, but I reconnected and it still hasn't fixed the issue.
