Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Will you please try restarting your Versa by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. You may need to try this several time to get it restarted. If that doesn't work, then the next step is to contact customer service HERE.
