I had a fit versa 2 under the one year warranty and the heart monitor function stopped working. Talked to customer service and after some different attempts was given a new Versa 2.
Now my new Versa 2 a few months in screen just went blank (after a fresh charge the evening before) but the heart monitor sensor is still flashing. Any suggestions?

Thank you for this information, I tried another evening of charging and it’s working great. I think it was bump and disconnect for the port and never fully charged. This is an AWESOME forum. Thanks again for your help!
