Versa 2 screen went blank

Hi my screen has gone blank it vibrates I've tried to reset it and nothing. 

I have put it on charge for few hours still nothing!

You may have a defective device.  If you do an online chat with a Fitbit rep they'll give you things to try.  If none of it works & if it's still under warranty they may replace it.

I have had it since jan 2020 i have been trying to get onto the online chat and its saying unavailable
