Versa 2 screen went blank

Hi, my versa 2 screen has stopped working, it went black and every now and then it has a small line at the top, i have tried updating and resetting the watch but nothing has worked, any ideas? thanks, Laura

Hi Laura,

 

It seems this is quite a common fault but to make sure, try changing the clock face to a standard Fitbit one and fully charging it..

 

If that doesn't help probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
