Versa 2 screen went blank

My versa 2 just went blank. It’s fully charged, tried changing the clock face, sensors work and it vibrates when I push the button but no screen. It’s fully synced and updated as well. It’s barely a year old. What do I do now? Ugh so frustrating…

My Versa Lite is doing this too. It is also fully charged and synced.
