Versa 2 screen went blank

My Versa 2 appears to have stopped working. It has a bright white screen and I am unable to reset it. When I hold down the left side key it vibrates then nothing changes. 

Suggestions please as I am lost without it

Try going through your Fitbit App and change your clock face. 😃 Let me know if that helps

I did that but no luck. 

The app is updating etc but I have no screen 😕

I would contact Fitbit Customer Service:https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US I hope they can get it up and running again for you
