I also have problems after the recent update. I’ve done all these things. Soft reset, full shutdown, heart rate off/sync, hr back on etc. nothing has worked.
Since the update my battery is draining very quickly (always used to last about a week), not tracking heart rate, not tracking sleep. Fitbit turns off and on sporadically, sometimes screen won’t light up, & the lights on the back are not flashing. Prior to the update everything worked perfectly fine. I’ve gone through all the other posts with similar problems and have tried everything. Nothing works. I’m so annoyed that I even did the update now. Updates should improve the device.

I see you have tried restarting your Versa 2, restarting mobile device and turning heart hate off then on again. Have you tried changing your clock face? I’ve seen that help sometimes.
