The Versa 2 screen is just a bunch of horizontal grey lines. The Versa 2 is unresponsive to any attempt to restart, update or sync etc.

Please, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Sync the device in the Fitbit app:
If this doesn’t work, proceed to restart the device. Your data won't be deleted.
If you are still having the same issue, change your clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original.
