Versa 2 screen with horizontal grey lines

The Versa 2 screen is just a bunch of horizontal grey lines. The Versa 2 is unresponsive to any attempt to restart, update or sync etc.

Thank you for sharing with me the information regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with Versa 2. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own.

Please, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Sync the device in the Fitbit app:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap Devices
  2. Chosse Versa 2.
  3. Tap Sync Now.

If this doesn’t work, proceed to restart the device. Your data won't be deleted.

If you are still  having the same issue, change your clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original.
