Fitbit versa 2 main screen face won’t come on. If I push the side button nothing happens, if I hold side button daily events drag down comes up. I can pull the screen to either side but the main tracking face is gone. Was perfectly fine yesterday. When I took it off charger had it on my wrist for about five minutes and it’s charge went down 5%? It usually takes all day for that to happen. It also won’t sync to my app. I don’t think I even got the update, it just stopped altogether.

So if you hold in the side button for an extended time, it does not reboot? Usually if you hold it in it will go to a blank screen then back to the Fitbit logo which is when you should release the button.
