My Fitbit devices have stopped working

I have had two versa 3 watches and both just stopped working after a year.

Hi there, @Berniejoe. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the experience with your Fitbit devices. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. 

To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details of the issue(s) you're currently experiencing with your Fitbit device(s)?

In the meantime, if you experience any of the following issues and you've checked your settings, restart your device:

 

  • Won't sync
  • Won't respond to taps, swipes, or button press
  • Won't track steps or other data
  • Won't show notifications or reminders

Restarting your device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
