Versa 2 screen won’t respond to touch

Screen adversity two or not allow me to tap or swipe. I have an iPhone 16 and iOS

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that the touch screen of your Versa 2 is unresponsive. 

This is not the experience wanted for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation. I want to inform you that I moved your post into the "Other Versa Smartwatches" forum, since your device is a Versa 2 and it was originally posted in "Sense" forum.

I am having the same issue with my versa2…just purchased a week ago. I have restarted it and the swipe feature is still not working.

Hi @monb459 - it should not happen with a new watch and if you act quickly you may be able to get a refund and purchase another, rather than sending it back for replacement with a refurbished one and being without a watch in the meantime.

Hi, I also have the same problem which started yesterday. I have done all the things suggested but my watch still won't swipe either up or sideways. Do you have any more suggestions? Thanks.

My watched completely stopped working…I was able to return it and get a
full refund.

I was told to buy a new one as it is out of warranty 🤷‍:female_sign:

Get on a chat with them, insist on replacement. They process your request
and email you a label to return old one for new. Took about a week from
receiving label to receiving replacement

Even though my watch is out of warranty?
I didn't think they were interested in helping at all.
I got a reply via Gmail saying that they saw I had reached out to them and
just keep an eye out for a response. I said I'd had one telling me to buy a
new one and I haven't heard back.
